Our group focuses on realizing transformative electronic systems with enhanced functionality and improved performance in the post-Moore era: by leveraging the unique properties of emerging low-dimensional materials for large-scale integration and heterogeneous integration with silicon platform, by supplying novel power management solutions to enable new applications such as biomedical implants, brain-machine interface, high-performance computing, and so on. We are an interdisciplinary team spanning across device, circuit, and system levels.
