The single sign-on authentication system of Nanjing University has been applied to several service systems, including the Office Automation System (OA), Students Comprehensive Service System and the iNJU Wechat Portal, so as to secure system safety and convenience the users.

For international students of the Institute for International Students, the username is the student number, and the initial password is the passport number.

It is suggested that the students log into the Single Sign-on Authentication Platform, change the password and set a recovery email address so that the password can be retrieved at this address if it is forgotten. For the security of the account, it is suggested that the password should have nine characters containing both letters and numbers.

If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it at ITSC on Xianlin Campus or the Comprehensive Service Hall on Gulou Campus (with your valid ID).
