    胡进,男,副教授,2014年获西安电子科技大学集成电路设计与集成系统专业工学学士学位,2017年获西安电子科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业工学硕士学位,2021年获西安电子科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业工学博士学位,同年进入西安电子科技大学通信工程博士后工作站,2022年获微电子学院讲师职称。培养毕业多名硕士研究生,工作单位包括:华为海思、上海复旦微、拓尔微电子、格科微等多家知名芯片设计厂商。

    长期从事混合信号集成电路设计,芯片化激光雷达方面研究,主要研究方向包括硅基单光子激光雷达芯片、生物医疗芯片以及数据转换器等方向。在国际知名会议/期刊 IEEE ASSCC、 IEEE ESSERC、IEEE TCAS I/II、 IEEE Sensors J、IEEE EDL、IEEE TED,IEEE TI&M、IEEE MWCL等发表了SCI论文二十余篇,并授权多项发明专利,担任IEEE TCAS-I、IEEE TCAS-II, IEEE OJCAS, Microelectronics Journal等国际期刊审稿人。先后参与完成国家重大科技专项等项目。目前主持及完成国家自然科学基金青年基金、横向课题以及多项中央高校基本科研业务费。
